Why soak your feet?.
Actually, when you pamper your feet, your entire body relaxes. Your poor feet have been carrying your entire body weight throughout the day. A foot bath at the end of the day is a marvelous way to relax. All you need is a basin of warm water and either a good foot soak or a few drops of essential oil.

In reflexology, every part of your foot corresponds to a part of your body. Even your heart and lungs can be accessed through points on your feet. Painful spots on the soles of your feet correspond to trouble in the related organ. At least according to foot reflexology.

A good way to end the day is to give yourself a foot spa.

  1. Take a basin large enough to put your feet in comforably.
  2. Fill it with warm water.
  3. Add in a foot soak OR 3 drops of geranium essential oil and 5 drops of lavender oil
  4. Stir the water with your hands
  5. Sit down, make yourself comfortable with the basin at your feet.
  6. Put your feet in the basin and relax for 30 minutes. (Read a book, listen to music, watch TV, whatever you enjoy doing)
